How can our solution help your business?

More and more organisations are making the decision to offer remote or flexible working on a permanent basis. With the Complete Telephony solution your business doesn't need to come to a stop just because your team are not based in the office.

Our solution enables you to physically take your desk phone home, where you can make and receive calls exactly the same. Or if you would prefer, you can answer the same call from your mobile. This way, your team can work "business as usual" with no barriers in their way.

Moving to a cloud based provider

Why do you need to do this before 2025?

You may have heard talk about the phasing out of Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), which has been around for over 20 years. BT will stop selling traditional phone lines during 2020 with a view to switch off the network entirely by 2025. Therefore your business will need to make the move to a cloud based telephony solution.

What is Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)?

ISDN uses the public phone network whereas VoIP uses the internet to route calls. Benefits of VoIP include; ease of transfer if you are moving office - plug in and go, scalability -  easily increase or decrease the number of users, no physical installation is required, flexibility when it comes to remote working, meaning you can take your hard phone with you and plug in wherever you may be as well as using apps and easily redirecting calls.

What should I do now?

Your next steps.

There is no need to panic as there is time to make the transition but it's good to get the ball moving and talk to us about when your contract with your existing provider ends and considerations such as your current internet connection.

You can benefit from a host of additional features with Complete Telephony and it makes life easier getting all of your IT needs from one place.
